Chi Machine Again

Chi Machine Again

Question:

Jan how do you like your chi machine? I have been using the chi exerciser quite a bit and like it. It’s doing something. A catch I have in my back that is more annoying than painful seems to have subsided, and I don’t feel as much need to go to the chiro for neck pain. This is after about ten days of using it regularly, twice a day for 20 minutes. I think you aren’t supposed to watch TV or anything while doing it, just relax, and continue to relax for a couple of minutes after you are through, and feel the "buzz". I love the unit I have but definitely had to put a foam rubber pillow on top to keep my feet from being banged against the side. BL

I haven’t got mine yet. I only ordered it last Thursday the 13th. I am anxious to get it. I also read it will help one to loose weight. My info says that a 15 minute session would equal the same oxgyen as a 90 walk. I also have some problems from time to time with my neck, sounds like it may help that as well. The benefits sure sound good to me. I’ll keep you posted. Jan

Jan, I love it!! You are right I was using it upside down. ). Now I have it straight. I don’t like the lightheaded part. Be careful of that. Not sure what is going on with that. But it is after a week or so that you will notice a difference. My neck feels like it did when I was going to the chiropractor regularly. I’m going to start my husband on it. I would love to see some studies done on this thing– particularly about osteoporosis. Bet it helps that. No I don’t have proof anyone. BL

Hey hey I got mine today!! I used it five minutes, had no problem wil feet banging. BL are you using it with the handle facing away from you?? I drank my water before and after, did the stretching with rolling the kegs from side to side. WOW, I could feel it all over my body. I remember being in bio feedback could feel that.I was tingling all over. I got up slowly and waited about ten minutes…..then went to the mall. Everything weas fine while driving. When I got out of the car and walked to the mall, I got light headed and bit dizzy. I think this was for the increased circulation. I think I am going to love it!!
